 Our website keeps a live calendar of our availability. Simply click the "Schedule" button, choose your service provider (if applicable) and find a time and date that works best for you! For programs, simply choose the start date you wish to begin on, and the rest of your appointments will be scheduled from that meeting.

If you’re meeting at our office you’ll arrive at 1416 Long Street High Point NC 27265 on the date of your booking. We are in the center suite and it says Living Waters Natural Wellness on the front door. 


If you’re attending a Zoom session, you’ll be sent a link to join the meeting in your booking confirmation. If you’ve booked what we call an, “On Location,” session. This means that you and your counselor are choosing to meet at a third party location for the duration of your session. At the time of your arrival, you’ll be greeted by your counselor, or an assistant.

Simply fill out the intake form. This is sent to you electronically via our client management platform. You will receive the invite to our client portal within 24 hours of your booking.

 This organization is a resource to our counselors to provide for their families. Their suggested rates are listed beside their services. 


To Bind the Broken is a 501c3 organization. In the event that your current budget does not allow for the full suggested rate, we can find a donation amount that fits your current financial situation.


We take all major credit cards. In person, we also take cash or check, made out to "To Bind The Broken." If you are donating to our organization to further our efforts to provide affordable services, you can do so by clicking the "donations" tab on the toolbar of our website.

 If it is your first time with us, our desire is to build rapport, while assessing the information you give us, and then demonstrating our expertise by curating a  plan that fits your desires. 


Our approach is very goal oriented because we know that what people want is to get from where they are know, to a place that has more fulfillment and  satisfaction. 


We know that all lives are unique, and every situation varies so the counseling relationship can vary depending on multiple variables. That being said, most clients satisfy the counseling goals they set within 6-10 sessions.

When booking you can choose to create a customer account. Please keep a record of the email and password you use to create this account as you can log in and reschedule your own appointments. Should you need to cancel, simply email us at info@tobindthebroken.com or send us a text message at 336-701-0590.
