Our website keeps a live calendar of our availability. Simply click the "Schedule" button, choose your service provider (if applicable) and find a time and date that works best for you! For programs, simply choose the start date you wish to begin on, and the rest of your appointments will be scheduled from that meeting.
If you’re meeting at our office you’ll arrive at 100 Kenilworth Drive High Point NC 27260 on the date of your booking. The address is an old historic church. Josh, Brooke, or an intern will greet you at the back door.
If you’re attending a Zoom session, you’ll be sent a link to join the meeting in your booking confirmation. If you’ve booked what we call an, “On Location,” session. This means that you and your counselor are choosing to meet at a third party location for the duration of your session. At the time of your arrival, you’ll be greeted by your counselor, or an assistant.
Simply fill out the intake form. This form is located in a link just inside your automated booking confirmation. You should have received this email after booking your session. The link should appear in the first paragraph of the email.
It is also in the drop down menu under "appointments." This needs to be filled out before you attend your first session.
This organization is a resource to our counselors to provide for their families. Their requested rates are listed beside their services.
Additionally, To Bind the Broken is a 501c3 organization. While we operate like a private practice our goal is to connect generous individuals and organizations to those in need of affordable mental, emotional, and relational solutions. Because of the generosity of others we offer a subsidized rate on our services for those who qualify. Financial hardship rates range from $20-$60. Potential clients can apply for a financial hardship rate under our “Appointments” drop down menu.
We take all major credit cards. In person, we also take cash or check, made out to "To Bind The Broken." If you are donating to our organization to further our efforts to provide affordable services, you can do so by clicking the "donations" tab on the toolbar of our website.
If it is your first time with us, our desire is to build rapport, while assessing the information you give us, and then demonstrating our expertise by curating a treatment plan that fits your desires.
Our approach is very goal oriented because we know that what people want is to get from where they are know, to a place that has more fulfillment and satisfaction.
We know that all lives are unique, and every situation varies so the counseling relationship can vary depending on multiple variables. That being said, most clients satisfy the counseling goals they set within 6-10 sessions.
When booking you can choose to create a customer account. Please keep a record of the email and password you use to create this account as you can log in and reschedule your own appointments.
